Electronic Smart Card will be issued to customers and by swiping the Smart Card they can easily access their all details such loans, Deposit, Gold Loan etc... In short this can be used loan passbook, deposit passbook, FD Receipts and even to release gold ornaments.
In case of Gold loans, Bar-coding system is enforced. By scanning the gold token the ornaments can be released within seconds. It is very easy to employee also. A customer can leave the counter within 2 or 3 minutes. The customers can be satisfied with regard to the safety of their possessions.
